1、Consignee (consignor) will consign letter of authorization together with declaration documents (including tax refund form, foreign exchange verification and cancellation form, commercial invoice and all kinds of documents to be checked by the customs of different commodities.
2、After reviewing the letter of authorization and the relevant customs declaration, the forwarder should make the shipping order (station receipt, loading order) to the shipping company or the shipping agent.
3、The shipping company or the shipping agent will send the station receipt, or the loading list, etc. to the freight forwarder after loading.
4、The forwarder handles the pre-recorded computer declaration to the customs and submits the complete set of customs declaration documents to the exit customs for declaration and export.
5、The customs shall seal and release the goods on the packing list and return the goods list, station receipt and other documents to the forwarder.
6、The forwarder shall deliver the stamped and released packing list and station receipt to the dock stowage room.
7、The shipping company or the shipping agent should prepare the bottom loading list, pre-allocation list, pre-allocation plan and cargo manifest to the port for receiving and loading.
8、The forwarder shall pick up the container equipment from the shipping company or the shipping agent and pick up the empty container at the designated storage yard.
9、The freight forwarder will pack the goods at the storage place of the entrusted unit (or the entrusted unit will pack the goods at the warehouse of the freight forwarder)
